a letter from Dr. Stephanie Tarapchak

Good morning,

My name is Stephanie Tarapchak, I have been involved in a high conflict custody case in Lackawanna County since May, 2004.  I have been involved specifically with the Lackawanna County Family Court appointed Guardian ad Litem, Attorney Danielle Ross since the year 2008.

I am one of the people who have provided billing statements to the Office of the District Attorney and to the FBI.

I am organizing a peaceful demonstration in protest of the Guardian ad Litem Program with emphasis on Attorney Danielle Ross.  I would like to make you aware that it will occur on Friday November, 18th at 9am in front of the Family Court Building on Adams avenue.

I am including in this email the contact letter that i sent out 2 months ago to every family court litigant from the years, 2008-2011.  Approximately 4,000 letters were sent out.  We will also be distributing said letter at the demonstration.
